Welcome to MarryRight.co, a community product developed and operated by Auspeacious LLC (“Auspeacious,” “MarryRight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, courses, partner programs, or any other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About MarryRight

MarryRight is a community initiative by Auspeacious LLC, designed to strengthen relationships and build a legacy of healthy, purpose-driven marriages.
Through coaching, training, and partner certification programs, we help individuals and organizations equip others for marital readiness, relationship growth, and community transformation.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and

Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. MarryRight Partner Program

Approved MarryRight Partners are authorized to facilitate MarryRight-branded workshops, presentations, and coaching sessions.
Partners agree to:

Follow the official MarryRight Partner guidelines and ethical code;

Use only approved materials and branding assets provided by Auspeacious LLC;

Maintain professional integrity when representing the MarryRight brand; and

Refrain from reproducing, selling, or altering MarryRight intellectual property without written permission.

Auspeacious LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke partnership status at any time for breach of terms or conduct that may harm the brand or community.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for MarryRight programs, certifications, and partner memberships are processed securely via Stripe, supporting multiple currencies.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment, you authorize Auspeacious LLC to process charges on your chosen payment method.

All payments are non-refundable, unless a program is canceled by Auspeacious LLC.

For recurring or subscription-based payments, you may cancel future billing at any time; however, prior payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, videos, graphics, and resources on MarryRight.co and within our training programs are the exclusive property of Auspeacious LLC.
They are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Partners and users are granted limited, non-transferable access solely for personal or approved professional use.
No part of the content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from Auspeacious LLC.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes;

Share or resell proprietary materials;

Impersonate the MarryRight brand; or

Post or distribute offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content related to MarryRight or Auspeacious LLC.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

MarryRight programs and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They are not intended as professional legal, medical, or psychological advice. Results may vary based on individual effort and context.

Auspeacious LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, financial results, or performance from participation in MarryRight programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auspeacious LLC, its directors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services within the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of MarryRight.co is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our Services, you consent to those practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
